Coral minerals to protect the soil, purify water and grow delicious vegetables.

We live in an ecosystem in which the ocean and land are intimately connected – seas and soils, rivers and coral, seaweed, vegetables and fruit, bacteria and hydrogen. Drawing on sea life and the marine environment of the Okinawa Islands, we utilize fish, seaweed, shells and coral in the soil to build healthy bacteria and grow delicious grains and vegetables.
We use the gifts of marine resources in our fields, with microorganisms that help grow delicious crops.
When I produce a delicious crop people get excited.
Small creatures flourish, and the water becomes pure.
From the field, gentle water flows into the river, and into life.
In this way, the spirit of the ocean feeds many lives.
